Tips for sizing your Rain Water Containers!
* For every 100 ft.2 of roof area you will collect (62) Gallons of water with every 1″ of rain fall.
* Cistern Base – (1) Gallon of water weighs ( 8.4 ) Lbs. (55) Gallons of water will weigh approx. 462 Lbs. Please insure you Cisterns are placed upon a stable base!
* Consider your overflow and where it will drain.
